As a customer in Germany, please dispose of the packaging responsibly: paper and cardboard in the blue bin, plastics and films in the yellow bin.

Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is made to order, we offer the following return policy:

 
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
 
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
 
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
 
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
 
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
