Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Because every item is handmade to order, we offer the following return policy:

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with all tags attached.
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
